Entrance control
The electronic boards to be coated or included are checked.

Washing
The boards are machine washed to ensure the absence of any traces or residues for a perfect adhesion of the protection.

Automatic varnish deposit
Standard coatings are applied automatically by a dispensing robot, or manually with a spray gun by a qualified operator.

Assembly and resin casting
The board is mounted and fixed in its case and then the resin is prepared and poured into the inclusion case.

UV visual inspection
The standard varnishes have a UV tracer which makes it easier to check the deposit despite their transparency.

Manufacturing and compliance report
A report is automatically generated and can be downloaded to your web account containing all the information related to the manufacturing process.

Packing and shipping
Your order is packed in an antistatic bag and sent by express carrier.
